Trust and FAQ
What the service is, how it is hosted, and what it deliberately does not do.
Our position
Conveyancer AI is a document review aid. It reads a Section 32, reports what it finds, and flags items for attention. It does not provide legal advice and it is not a substitute for a conveyancer or solicitor. Decisions about a property purchase remain with the reader and their conveyancer or solicitor.
The service does not promise a particular outcome, and it does not publish a price on this site. It also does not claim to replace a conveyancer or solicitor — it is designed to support their work, not to stand in for it.
Privacy
This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. It collects no personal information from visitors and has no mechanism that accepts and stores visitor input. Pages are plain files served from the site's own distribution.
When you request a review, you send an email to the service's receiving address. That email and its attachments are handled by the review service so it can produce the review, and the review is returned to the sender by email.
Security and hosting
- The site is served over HTTPS, and plain-HTTP requests redirect to HTTPS.
- The content is stored in a private origin that is not publicly readable; it is delivered only through the content distribution.
- Responses carry security headers, including a content security policy and HTTP Strict Transport Security.
- Every asset the site loads is served from the site's own distribution — there are no third-party scripts, styles, fonts, analytics or trackers.
What the service does not do
- It does not give legal advice or recommend a course of action.
- It does not replace a conveyancer or solicitor.
- It does not promise any particular review outcome.
- It does not collect information from visitors to this website.
Frequently asked questions
- Who is the review for?
- Conveyancers and their teams who want a consistent first read of a Section 32 before they make their own decisions. The review is written for a professional reader.
- Does the review replace my own checking?
- No. It is a review aid. It flags what it finds in the document against the reference corpus, and it refers decisions to a conveyancer or solicitor.
- What does the review state about its basis?
- Each review identifies the version and as-at date of the legislative reference corpus it was grounded in, so the basis of the review is explicit.
- What if the service cannot check something?
- A disclosure category that could not be checked is reported as not checked rather than left out of the review.
- How do I request a review?
- The service's receiving address is provided when the service is activated for your firm. Email the Section 32 document there; the service acknowledges receipt and replies with the review PDF.
